A stakeholder of the All progressives Congress, Honourable Martin Apugo has expressed determination in his pursuit of his political ambition which according to him is aimed at fighting for the welfare of the common man in the society.
Martin Apugo made this known while responding to an alleged statement by Ikechi Emenike, through his aide Mike Ozoemena that APC Chieftain Prince B. B Apugo is secretly hobnobbing with the Abia state Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu,and also alleged that B. B Apugo has collected a whopping twenty million Naira from Ikpeazu,during a visit to his house.
He described the statement as laughable, adding that Emenike is a frustrated and a never do well politician who had failed woefully in virtually every political contest in Abia State.
He called on Abians to ignore and disregard the statement that Okezie Ikpeazu is sponsoring Apugo and his children to distabilize APC.
Honourable Martin maintained that he is focused on his quest to chatting the course that will lead to the sustainance of his people whose welfare he has made his top priority and so will not join issues with Emenike .
He further charged Ikechi Emenike to show Abians how he has used his position to impact the youths meaningfully, stressing that his aim is to keep developing youths whom he believes have a stake in the society if well nurtured, saying that it’s on records that he has done what is verifiable and records could show..
